We do not have many rules, but the select few you MUST follow.

-Unlimited Redos are not allowed on accounts that have had their Gamertag changed since the initial package was done. This means do NOT change you Gamertag or your redo will be VOID.
-Redos are only allowed if the game resets you due to recognition of your modded account.
-Accounts are typically done within an hour but can take up to 24 hours
-If your account gets banned from the servers and you need a redo on a new account, contact us and we will get it all figured out and you will get your redo.
-All contact will be done through TTG Private Messages
-If you try to waste my time with false hopes of you buying a package, communication will be terminated immediately.

Yeah, my elgato and rgh are a distance away from each other so I had to use my phone. Current proof is just temporary
