gets in toty which he defaintly will just with him being in the ballon dor top3 do you think his normal card will rocket up in price because of people not being able to afford his toty?

Usually the price of the normal card can raise. but as always it can be pot luck.

While his TOTY card is in packs, yes. Before his TOTY card is in packs, his NIF card should theoretically drop in price.
