So, when I load up NBA 2k16 to the main menu, it'll display that I've earned 15,000 MyTeam points randomly. This will happen like every blue moon, so I'm kinda confused. I'm not complaining at all, I just wanna know how? I have collected 139 cards and collector level is 2nd Rounder.

They give it to people that don't play my team as much. It's not a glitch it's just to get you to pay the game.
