I have never bought anything on my Steam account, and when I purchased CS:GO I used a CD Key. I wanted to buy some skins, and so I added £10 ($15) to my Steam account and it says I need a purchase between 30 days and a year old. Does this mean I need to now wait 30 days to buy some skins? Thanks in advance!

Yes, new accounts are market/trade locked for 30 days, for safety reasons.

Yes, you will need to wait 30 days, and if you change your password at any time, you'll have to wait another 14 days.

Thankyou for the help, just seen a message come up saying I will be able to use the market on the 15/01/16, It's good that they do this, but I am just dying to get some skins, really been getting into CS:GO for the past 3 months!

You can trade before you can use the market so you should look into opskins. Skins are cheaper and you can get them quicker.
