yo, basically I've just bought a new custom gaming PC with the following specs:
1 x 4.0GHZ FX8350 8 Core Processor
4 x 2gb 1600mhz Ram
2 x R9 270X Graphics cards
1 x Sabertooth 990FX Rev 2.0 Motherboard
1 x Seattle 3tb HDD
2 x OCZ 60GB SSD's
2 x Kingston 120GB SSD's
1 x Corsair RM850 850W PSU
4 x Zalman 80 mm Fans
3 x Corsair 120mm red LED fans
1 x Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler

It doesn't have windows installed on it so I downloaded a cracked windows 7 onto a USB (that works) and from the BIOS I set that as the first boot option.

Windows startup loads up fine, I select the RAID drivers I downloaded and as soon as I get past that part it tells me that windows has nowhere to install? There are no partitions or any storage slots showing up and it just reboots and shows an error?

Anyone familiar with installing from a USB and can help?

Will chuck 30 quid to you on paypal if you can get it going?

Cheers

go to disk partition in Windows [use the search feature] and give the C drive a drive letter [or what ever drive you want to install it on]

Also, if you go back into the BIOS, change the first boot into your HDD again.

Myself and Craig are trying to make ends of this and cant gather what you've done so far. ...

More detail please

I'm not sure if you've got it working now as this post is quite a few days old but have you made sure that the HDD is initialised in Disk Management?

The HDD may not be initialised so that's why it's not showing when trying to boot Windows.

- Disk Management
- Select your HDD
- On the left click Initialise Disk
- Create a New Volume

Hope this helps

In the Bios go to bootable Devices and make sure your your SSD is listed then move it to the top.
Then in Bios boot order make sure your SSD is the second after the USB HDD.
