the psu is about 200 or 300watt if its a pre built you have a slightly better fpu/apu then me but dont expect a good psu in one of those pre builts anyways you can keep the hdd and maybe the ram

You're not even using a 1080p panel so the GTX 950 will be more than enough. The next best option would be an R9 380, but that's 50e more expensive than the GTX 950.
