Okay guys this just started happening and im starting to get pretty mad, everytime i shoot a shotgun my controller immediately dies. My controller is fully charged and every other weapon works no problem. its only the shotguns and i dont understand what the cause of this may be

I know you stated your controller is fully charged, but change your batteries.

I did have the same problem as you. I just changed my batteries and it worked. I don't think the rechargeable battery pack is the issue, but try normal batteries.

It may be from putting the recharge pack in too fast or too furiously, and which makes it slide in and out of place easily. + The amount of vibration that a shotgun has I'd imagine it will slip out from the shaking.
