Hey guys I just need this girls hair recolored to this shade of blue: #0385ff. That's the color code, basically its a bright vibrant blue, and her eyes same shade of blue. I also would like the background transparent if that can be managed. Sorry if this is an odd request, I just trust the graphic artists here cause I see some great work, this should be a breeze!
