MrAidanPlays wrote Firstly, every case comes with a mini speaker if you bought it brand new, comes in the same bag as the stand offs and screws etc. check again

Also, try plugging your vga into your motherboard first, see if you get a signal via motherboards on board graphics and let us know the results.

My motherboard hasn't got a VGA slot on it?

OP doesn't have onboard video, so he can't test that.

Not all cases come with a 'mini speaker'.

There is no point trying to help OP without pictures.

The main problem is i get no signal through my monitor,
I know the monitor works because i use it for my other PC.

How is your monitor connected? e.g. HDMI, VGA etc.
Also, is the power supply's VGA cable plugged directly into your graphics card?

My monitor is a VGA But my graphics card is a DVI, i bought an adapter for it (which works i've tested it with other pc)

And what do you mean Power supplys VGA cable? Power supply doesn't have a VGA Cable?

Is your power supply fully modular? E.G. The wires are removable and are clearly illustrated to you know what goes where? If you've used a wrong wire, the GPU isn't working properly evidently

The wires ain't removable no, and The gpu is working completly fine i tested it in another computer and i got picture

Could've mentioned this earlier So the monitor works itself but cannot detect a picture?

Input/Output. The video connectors on the back of your GPU.

Input output Not sure if he means cables though

I take it he is referring to cables going to your graphics card, Try and get a good picture of your whole case and cables etc so i can look

Does your gpu have HDMI? try via hdmi if so, and if your monitor allows ofcourse

EDIT: also may sound silly but have you made sure your RAM is seated correctly? Should click into place on both ends.
