You could really turn some heads with this: Make your FPS be like 500.

so you recommend a 5K compute card, not a gaming card. It would perform horribly in games as it isn't what it was designed to do.

If you're looking to upgrade your GFX card and have the money necessary to upgrade, then I suggest buying this:

It performs well, runs most, if not all games on Ultra settings, very good value for money.

960 is rubbish when a R9 380 outperforms it for a bit less, heck a 770 would be better than it....
OP, what is your budget and currency for this upgrade along with PSU and case?

You'd need to at least upgrade to a 390/970 to get an actual GPU improvement.

Like Xiggy (Alex) said, you would need to upgrade to at least 390 or 970 to get a improvement but you really should be fine for Gmod, heck my old 660 use to max that game easy. I'm not sure about Fallout 4 but your 770 should be fine for running that as well.

Could try squeeze some extra power from your CPU if you overclock it. In terms of games better, you should be fine with that GTX770?
