use Speccy to show us your system in full detail and also we need to know what PSU and case you have at the moment, along with a budget and currency to work with.

I'm looking at getting new motherboard and CPU first off as when I go to stream it mentions high CPU usage so looking at spending lets say £300 on those two compnents.
In time I will get 16 or 32gb of RAM. I'm sure the 8GB I got in at the moment should be fine for now.

Z97 for future SLI support if you wanted to add another 760, if not then your next GPU upgrade would most likely be Nvidia.

If your Case is mATX as your current motherboard is, then get this instead;

Still a little bit of money let, could get yourself some fans, or a nice cooler or something.

Buying a new motherboard just to get a Haswell i7/Xeon makes zero sense whatsoever. Upgrade your BIOS, and just use a 3770, will do you fine, and you can get 'em fairly cheap used. Any SB/IB Xeon/i7 would do the trick, you might be able to find something like an E3-1230 V2 for as little as £150.

You're maxing your budget there with only 2 components when you also need to look at getting new RAM (Yours isnt great) and you also want a new case and PSU.

If you are overclocking then yes that would be fine, but I would stick with the Xeon, overclocking is a bit of a hassle and you pay a premium for the unlocked chip.
