My Xbox live account: GaDaffyDuck911 has been banned until 31/12/9999 and I heard that if a bunch of people report my gamertag that it bans me for 2 weeks and that's it. If everybody that reads this can do it that would be great!

Nope, it's permanently banned, no one can get on it, other than the Enforcement team.

Like vexaah said there's no way to get it unbanned. Anyone claiming to be able to do it is just scamming you.
