Spending a quarter of your budget on a case because it has a Razer logo on it? smh.

Much much better, 10$ over, if you can't go over then swap the RAM for any cheaper 2x4GB kit. Add a HDD ASAP.

Trust me you'll be disappointed, if you want to sacrifice performance majorly to get a shitty green Razer case then by all means go with your build... It is just a million times worse.

If you don't want Intel then you're pretty much gonna be stuck with low performance for quite a while until Zen arrives... Please don't be stupid and say 'I don't want this, I don't want that'.

The NZXT H440 has Matte black versions in a variety of colors, but it is an expensive case. Like I said it would be idiotic to sacrifice performance for a flashy case.

2 cores is fine for stuff like CSGO, and HT so 4 threads will help for any streaming/editing/rendering type stuff. Entry level GPU for any gaming you might do, and will help with editing/rendering. Motherboard is fairly minimal, regarding features and upgradability but it'll do the job.

These two lads above are literally all over this particular part of the forums so I'd recommend listening to them. Something they didn't mention is that if your only 1x8GB RAM stick ever fails, you've got no more RAM on the system to use it until you buy another one.
