So yeah I and many others got scammed by Amazon by saying if you pre order you get NUK3TOWN, no code was included and now Amazon have emailed everyone saying they will give a £2.00 refund for the cost of the map even though they don't sell it Separately themselves, very annoying when my friends are on it and I'm unable to play it, anyone else have the same problem?

If you contact treyarch about this issue they will give you a code for the map it happened to me.

They didn't scam you if they are refunding you. Just saying, and if you contact treyarch they will send you a code anyways.
