I preordered BO3 and saw that there was an error if you preordered before October 7th the game will show size below 40GB and it was true for me. I deleted the game and reinstalled it 3 times even during a Xbox power cycle and deleting and redownloading the game. The problem still happens for me, once the game has downloaded it shows the game size as normal 49GB(With Nuketown)but once I restart my Xbox it goes to 0 GB, Microsoft was no help because they said they cannot do anything but refund and make me rebuy which will take 5 days. Hopefully you guys can help?
