Ok so I play Table Tennis for England yeah woopty doo however I have been asked to move over to china for 4 years to Train and play in tournaments and travel the world, however I don't really want to leave my area / England and leave family behind especially my nan etc, I wouldn't mind if it was only travelling but they are offering to pay for me to live there for 4 years then come back I think that is a bit much in my opinion and I really don't know what to do.

It doesn't hurt to ask, ask to be there a shorter time.

They may allow/pay for time out to fly back over to see your parents. They can't force you to stay in a place where you may feel homesick and possibly under perform

See one day I'm thinking I should stay and just train here for a while because I'm only 18, then the next day im thinking if I go I can meet some of the best Players in the world and get the best training possible.

Ask yourself, and your family about it.

Think it through, if it helps make a list of all the pros and cons of going through with it or not. My friend was asked to do a scholarship in Spain for 4 years but turned it down as his mother told him. He still regrets it to this day. Think it through its your life let you make your own decision let nobody else pressure you. Good luck man hope everything works out

I mean, it seems like a great thing to happen in your life, but. If that isn`t what you want, don`t do it.
