I believe we only get Nuketown from Game or from pre ordering from the Xbox/PSN store :/

Didn't they release it for free a few months into BO2? Wouldn't be surprised if they done the same this year

I got the digital version & my nuk3town was downloadable for me. So yes, you do get it. Idk about UK, im from US

No you won't they said it on there Twitter someone will sell there code for crazy money on eBay so have a look on there
