Have your tried restarting your router?

Maybe try reseating your wifi card aswell?

Does your card need updated drivers?

Find out the brand of the card or you can go to your device manager and right click the card and click update and search for updates online or if not google your wifi card's name and you should find a driver update.

I would not update through device manager*

I am finding it hard to find your card, can you go into device manager and rmb>properties and tell me that manufacturer and details.
