I'll never understand how people think we can help with such a lack of information.

Will you overclock?
Can you get an OS for free or do you need to buy that?
What exactly will the system be used for?
Monitor?
Mouse?
Keyboard?
Headset?
Anything else?
Any specific colour scheme you would prefer, if possible?

Get this GPU;

with this monitor;

Add an SSD asap. You've got XFire support as well so you can easily add a 2nd 285/380 at any point.

Stock cooler will do fine for now. You'll want to get a SSD in there ASAP. No XFire support but will max most games out at 1080p.

EDIT: Read that wrong, the motherboard does have XFire support however I still wouldn't XFire with PSU.

Will max games at 1080p may have to have some settings turned down for more demanding titles. add an ssd and aftermarket cooler when you can.

@Seba- gold rated 650W PSU is more than enough for XFire 285/380. I wouldn't be sacrificing a decent mobo, better CPU and a 1440p monitor just to get a 390 in budget.

I agree with this build to a certain extent.

Personally, I'd get rid of that cooler. Stock cooler is fine, if it wasn't, they wouldn't include it with the CPU.

A 285/380 won't max games at 1440p, especially ARK and Battlefield. A 970 can't get much above 30fps on ARK at high settings.
