Elgato Gaming Capture For Sure but if you are looking for something cheaper try HD PVR 1 and 2 or the Roxio Game Capture HD and the Pro version

If you could dual boot your mac with Windows 10, the xbox app has a feature that lets you stream from Xbox to your pc, you could do that and record with OBS from the app!

Elgato is more expensive, but worth it.

PVR is a tad cheaper, and is alright.

I picked up a Elgato Game Capture HD the other day and it's pretty simple but works really well, great quality.

I have an Elgato hd60, and I believe that is the best for recording, for streaming I have hear that the AverMedia is very good.
