Would using a ethernet cable from your PS4 to laptop, then using a VPN connection work? It all depends how they do this, whether it is 10 accounts per console id, or 10 per IP.

You could try that just in case..... but im pretty sure its 10 accounts per console ID.

No they where working fine, Packed players worth 20k+

got up to 500k worth from 9 accounts

None of mine got banned

Check them now on the webapp and see if they were banned
