I am fed up of writing about this to all 6 of the support chat members I have spoken to who NONE have been able to resolve my issue. They seem to think that every problem can be fixed by "restarting your console" or "Restarting your network router" or by clearing my MAC address. My problem is that an update will not install to my console, HOW can this be fixed by CLEARING my custom MAC address settings (Which by the way I haven't even done anyway it's all set to default). I have 6 years experience in computer architecture, hardware design and computer software programming, aswell as a BA Honors degree in network engineering, and they're telling me POINTLESS "fixes" that have are adamant will work, and guess what, they don't. One even had the audacity to tell me that they have had the same problem and assured me that resetting my router would fix the problem, they're useless, and they need properly EDUCATING in device troubleshooting and need to be EDUCATED in finding solutions for more complex problems, It's like they all think we're 12 year old kids that have NO idea what we're talking about.
I could go on for even longer. But to be quite honest I simply cannot be arsed typing anymore, because it is just making me much angrier by thinking about it.
