Thinking about buy fifa 16 from US marketplace. I know a lot of people did this last year and I wanted to know how likely am I to be banned

You wont get banned as theoretically all you are doing it changing the location off your xbox account/ console. imo you wont get banned plus I have done this myself and after the final transaction it converts the money from dollars to pounds

You will not be banned. It isn't a bannable offence.

Doubt you can get banned just say you lived in America and just recently moved to the UK, You aren't expected to pay for the same game twice?

There is literally no chance of getting banned imo.
