So i just bought the Turtle Beach x12 and there not working all the cables are in correctly
the mic is not working i can only get sound
the mic is appearing as a speaker
i checked the recording devices and the mic wont appear please help

In order to enable the mic, make sure it isnt muted
If it is in the MUTE position the mic will not work.
Red = Muted
Green = UN-Muted
If it is in the MUTE position the mic will not work.

can you post screen shots of you recording devices and make sure all your cords are plugged in properly.
