I had that MSI Z97 Motherboard, and I had nothing but problem with mine.. It kept shorting out all the time. It was seated correctly and everything connected properly and working. In the end I swapped it our for something different.

But hey that may just be a one off. Just giving you a head up

What is your full budget and currency?
Do you need a monitor, KB, or mouse?

i5 is plenty for gaming, SSD for OS and some games, 390>970, can easily add another 390 in XFire at any point

He asked if it was good. I said no because it wasnt great. 9 times out of time, people want the best for their money. What he built was not the best for his money.

Everything is good, I had the 970 perfect for gaming at 1080p. Also the i7 should work great if you do a lot of multitasking. Everything is good!
