Have a little read of that, I think all the rules are stupid with an exception from number 5
The ea servers are horrendous and sometimes we get disconnected from the game, if this happens 3 times in one week we won't be able to play for another week? Umm... Okay.
Not sure how reliable this source is but if it is then ea need to look over them

banned for a week if we disconnect from ea servers 3 times?, no one will play game at all if that happened lol

These are punishments that the author of the article would like to see, not confirmed in anyway. Those "suggestions" are incredibly strict which would lead to a loss of money on EA's part, meaning EA would never do that.

Nah this won't happen also it says "Its time to kick quitters out of FIFA online. Here are some ways EA could make it work for FIFA 16."
