So if you are getting the error that your code can not be found, or try again later etc do this, this sounds daft, but it worked for me now on 2 consoles and accounts.

Go to google, type in redeem xbox live code, i think it is the second or third link

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] this page, see the bottom left corner, the language, United Kingdom, click that and change language, i changed to brazil so it looked like this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

copy and paste your code in and press the green button ! and BOOM you should be good ! please let me know if this worked for you !

ONCE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED ON XBOX.COM IT WILL BE IN THE QUEUE AREA ON THE XBOX ONE CON
