Looks really nice and sleek for a twitter page. Of course there is always better work that can be done but nothing big on this imo.

The placement of the stuff in the header is pretty bad.

Its a nice clean simplistic design. I really like it, but as Illustrated said, the placement is a bit off and needs work.

Good job overall though well done

It looks pretty good, like alot of people say, simplicity is key.
And it really shows here, it's clean and looks good.
But like illustrated said, the placement could be better.

It all looks a bit too thick. Try making your elements thinner and using softer colours.

Placement.. Where you put the stuff..?
I literally can't explain it further than that.

Your logo is directly under the icons, which makes it hard to see, and cluttered.
