I'm looking for a build that can play games on high fps my budget £700 (I have mouse, monitor)

Assuming you won't overclock.

Large SSD for OS and a couple of games, 380 will max a majority of games @1080p, can easily add another 380 in XFire

If you can manage a little over budget, get the BX100 SSD. If you can't, just get the Fury. Can easily add a 2nd 390 in XFire at any point. Add a decent aftermarket cooler to the rig at some point because the stock cooler is ugly af, but will do for now.
