What happens if amazon banned your account so you can't cancel the order? I also used the fake credit card generator so what happens? Does the fake credit card get charged? Does the game get shipped to the random address? Please reply if you have an idea.

Amazon cannot ban your account for any reason, you can make a new if you want. The fake credit card cant get charged since it's fake and randomly generated - so the game wont be shipped
