I sent my controller to the xbox service center for a replacement, my controller has beeen there for an entire week. I was told it will be 10 days till they send me my replacement (something like that, not sure if i remember it right). Anyone have any experience with getting a replacement and how long it took ?

So they said 10 days and you have waited a week? You answered your question yourself.

Usually you send it out. Takes about 5 days to get there. They give you a replacement and send it out within 1-3 days of them receiving it. Then another 5 or so days to get back to your house. I would wait at least 2-3 weeks for it.
