In terms of fizzy drinks I drink almost anything that is sugar free even though it's still got lots of bad ingredients in it.

I wouldn't recommend drinking an 'energy' drink unless you're actually going to be doing some sort of physical activity.

I use this pre-workout before going to the gym everyday.

wow... most unintelligent comment I've read all week..

We come from different places i guess, where i live there are no things such as healthy energy drinks and energy drinks are really only for 6th-8th graders who want to act cool

GMC wrote Sadly I can't drink energy drinks no more now they give me headaches from hell

You know I was in the same boat as you, started off fine but then i started getting headaches that would absolutely kill me. I kept drinking them, and eventually the headaches fade. I can proudly say I havent had a headache in weeks.

On a normal day of work I pack 8 bottles of water, and a coke. If I am on a very active or physically straining job like taking the shingles off of a house, I will pack 5 Gatorade, 3 bottles of water, and a coke. Sometimes I am up at 3 and 4 AM to be at work by 6 AM and I know these jobs are 10+ hour days, so I will usually grab a 12oz Redbull in the morning.
