Okay so I bought a PS4 last week from walmart and I don't really like it. Should I do a factory reset before I take it back, or just delete my account off of the ps4? Please tell me everything I should do before returning it! Thanks for the help!

Also, should I tie all the cords back up or just wrap them up and stick them in the box?

Yeah make sure it looks brand new, everything deleted from it. Cords and controllers boxed everything. Because they might not accept it

I wouldn't say you have to completely tie everything back together with rubber bands and what not -though it wouldn't hurt-, but as long as everything is in the box and you have a receipt, they should take it back.
Keep in mind though, Walmart has a 15-day return policy for either exchange or refund (for all electronics).
