I think part of the blame can be attributed to (some) cocky, careless staff members with a god-complex.

Also, the constant banning of great, well known, helpful members- for little to no good reason.

I spend 99% of my time in the graphics section, for years, and all the "good members" are gone.
Just about every popular member I've known from there was banned for no more than trying to help people. Even I was, for a short time.

It's pretty much abandoned because of the neglect for that particular sub forum.

I actually haven't seen too much activity decline, I do not know the site statistics though. I thought with Fallout 4 and Black Ops 3 coming out this website would be a lot more active.
