I thought this was pretty funny, very stupid though. I only got two of them correct.

OK, If it's going to chastise me for 'overthinking' then I'm just going to go in hard.
Question 1: If the giraffe is small enough sure, that's OK.
Question 2: The wording is, "How do you put an elephant into a fridge?" This does not say that it is the same fridge as the first giraffe, and the first question uses the term 'refrigerator' which is purposefully deceptive. If both questions said 'This fridge' or 'The fridge' it would be acceptable, but it doesn't.
Question 3: There was no rule stating that all of these questions are linked, or in the same hypothetical scenario, but even if they were Noah could take the Elephant out of the fridge.
He's not doing his job properly if he doesn't and God would be very angry.
Question 4: It says the river is inhabited by crocodiles.
Inhabited is a verb and in that context it is in present tense. That means that the river is currently occupied by crocodiles.
Let the children swim, they will be eaten.
This isn't adults overthinking the questions, it's just the children not thinking enough.
