I would change only if your build supports it. For example people who are magic based normally go with vampire because of the magic passives and people who go with werewolf usually use stamina because of the stamina passive on a werewolf. Personally I feel the werewolf is waaay more useful in boss fights but I like using vampire more in pvp because of it's ultimate and passives. I think vampire has the bigger disadvantage though because of its weakness to fire. I like vampire more because I play pvp a lot so it's a very useful perk to have.

I agree with this user. Vampire is terrible against fire attacks, was a vampire before and cured myself to be a werewolf. I'm a pack leader + all passives unlocked, I tend to stay transformed to a werewolf the entire way of a dungeon I'm that good xD
