So I bought a bo2 unlock all from this guy and he told me to add him on skype.
I payed him and he did it but there was a problem.
I asked him to redo it and then he got ddosed.
He said it was someone he knew.
I was like okay just redo it asap please.
Then the attack is over his internet is back up and I message him and he tells me he got banned from bo2 and he calls me on skype to show me. So after that he ignored me. I still haven't received what I payed for. I messaged him on ttg and he said to skype him. So I did and he said he didn't remember me. So I explained to him what happened. (He coulda just scrolled up)Once I'm done explaining he ignores me again...
I asked for him to give me what I payed for or refund me and he continues to ignore me!
Can someone help me get my money back or can someone from the TTG support or admin thingy get him to do what I asked. He goes by FRS. Thank you for reading.

I am sorry but anything done off-site is out of our control.
Next time only deal with trusted members such as those with stickies. Always do deals over the PM/IM system.
