NH-D14 is a great cooler, just make sure to get low profile RAM else it won't fit.

The cooler's the only difference. Get the VisionTek 390 and save the $80, don't waste money. NH-D14 is a good cooler, as is the NH-D15, Dark Rock Pro 3 and PH-TC14PE.
