Lying about what exactly please give me an insight on where im lying and what laws were im wrong. Maybe section 13 of the criminal procedures act might help?. It's lacking more footage due to the police officer covering the phone with his hand which you can clearly see in the video. Another officer also knocked the phone out of his hand, and to top it all off, the police seized the CCTV footage which was right under were the incident happened (the cameras under the doors)

See I think He is the Boy (or friend) in the video but if he posted "Sign this petition of Me getting F**ked up by police" ... because I/He was obviously trying to not co-operate and "ended up getting put on my ass"
instead expected more sympathy from saying it as a "parent" about a 15 y/o boy (him) gets assaulted for a reason he most probably was involved with. but they cant prove it anyway but makes it sound more convincing if its a parent.

In the laws eye he had every right to walk away. You cannot watch the video and not feel sympathy for the boy

I dont feel sympathy he irritated the shit out of me and personally I would have twatted him as well.

i did say that before:

Yes the police dealt with the situation a little harsh, but the kid provoked the situation by not cooperating and alarming the officers by reaching for something. So it's all the kids fault and I agree with what the officers done.

Similarly to what I would do if some guy was giving me shit in the street.

Hmmm, see I have a mixed opinion. I think you were both in the wrong. You were being a complete tit by not co-operating, but they escalated the situation a bit to far, and the charges are a bit silly. But you could of avoided all of this, if you removed that stick out of your Turdy Dump hole and told them your name and spoken to the Officer appropriately and obeying by their terms.

Also, as for the broken nose and shit. If it were me id of broken your face.

Sorry to hear this, I hope your son wins in court and this kid deserves a law suit and deserves his charges drop, I do hope he wins and he wins the law suit, Please keep us up to date as i am sorry for what happened. Cops do not deserve there badges anymore.

Notall cops are bad, Most people just give you half a story or you only see half the story, So its always the cop that's in the wrong.
