Would anyone be kind enough to complete this rig? I'm pretty new to this and a little unsure. Would prefer that the CPU and GPU stay the same. If not, feel free to change them as long as they meet the criteria below.

What is your budget and currency? Budget is between 650-750 GBP.
Do you need a monitor? Nope.
Do you need a keyboard? Nope.
Do you need a mouse? Nope.
Do you need an operating system? Nope.
What will you use the PC for? Slightly more advanced gaming hopefully. I'd like to be pulling anywhere from 45-60 fps on some games. Obviously, this isn't possible with all though. If I can pull anywhere over 40 on some new releases, I'd be happy (again, not sure if this is possible).

Software I use: I video edit somewhat, but only slightly, and do some work on Photoshop. I also stream over at twitch now and then, but I will have my current PC as a streaming PC if need be. I'd also like to be able to run some emulators at a decent level (PCSX2 at 60fps would be kickass)

When: By the end of the month hopefully.

Assuming you can manage 10 over. If not, tell me and I'll fix it.

It'll run every game on maxxed/near maxxed on 1080p at 60fps.

Just wondering, how much extra would I be paying to still get an i5 4690k and a gtx 970 pre-built (with a decent motherboard)

More than you should be. If you buy a pre-built with a 4690k and GTX 970, it'll be paired with a shit PSU and budget motherboard that won't allow overclocking the 4690k, and still be overpriced. The rig I suggested will max pretty much everything on a 1080p panel except the really horribly optimised games.
