I agree with what Illustrated said about it being off-balance, maybe making "SESO HQ" centered and then putting the logo behind the middle of that might work better, but it also might screw up other parts of it. I also think the background might be a little too bright, I'd try darkening it up a touch that way we don't lose so much of the detail from the background.
