how do you get the icons to look like that? mine arn't just an outline like yours is

I did do this!but the icons still arent just outlines they are filled in white icons with no BGs

Sorry guys I've been busy with some work but the winterboard theme is a custom theme you must download online. It's called Gotham/Glyphs. You must download the file from your phone. Then using iFile, drop in /Library/Themes and make sure you got IconBundles installed. PM if you need more help.
