i have 2 my players and 1 of them is corrupted so i made a new player. Whenever i try to play online it says i do not reach the requirements to play online and have a my player account

You've probably been banned, If you've got 2 corrupted saves you've clearly tried to glitch your player and you deserves whatever punishment you've gotten.
