Maybe not at 1080p and high settings. 720p with medium settings or 1366x768 at medium would run it.

gmod is fairly old (2006) youll have probs with it on high as for csgo im sorry but a 1.4 gh intel isnt going to play go very well well it might since intels are more powerful then the other one
