"Considering that our revenue is at an all time low, cuts will be made. Not saying it's any of you in particular but...Famous you're fired."

"We must first figure out our reason for declining profits and attack the problem at it's roots. Are we losing profits because of expensive employees? Or is it because we are losing customers and why? If it is because of the first one, I say we sell off all of our facilities here in the U.S. and start building them offshore in countries in Africa, preferably Somalia or Yemen because of the instability, and in South America for their huge populations and determined workforce. Now, if it is because of our loss of customers recently, we set up a convention-type sale to sell items at hefty discounts and boost our PR. We could also focus more on the online media to advertise and seem more inline with today's culture. If nothing works at this point, we sell all of our shares and start a new company. One that won't be losing profits at some point."

H-hello s-s-sorry i am late to the business meeting~

Due to our recent falls in profitability it is essential to first address the recent increase in capital expenditure detrimenting our bottom line. On a first note, who ordered hippie so many cats! i am certain that 43 cats was not required in order to build synergy across C level management and is highly detrimental to our previously polished workforce culture. We are going to need serious cutbacks in our cat budget and allocate it to more polished market research. Our current marketing slogan "Anime is cancer" is creating much disruption across the weeaboo community, as most of those individuals are from a tween demographic, that is, our target market, satisfaction is crucial as to generate consumer loyalty and thus satisfaction among our shareholders. I recommend that we diversify our markets and enable this through implementing cutting edge market research technologies while focusing on next generation talent acquisition programs more suitable for acquiring a younger, more technologically proficient working demographic. This is efficiency people, EFFICIENCY, not rocket science. We acquitter the best, we become the best. A famous marketer who pioneered the current democratic stage of businesses once said "An organization is only as good as its people" and I'm sorry, but if you haven't noticed the numskulls working in this organization then i suggest you pick up a god damn book, return to your little community college and re-learn the fundamentals of people management.

*clears throat* sorry about that, i got a little passionate there. My apologies sir.

Before we get into my solution we must understand that our organization is at the forefront of a digital age. The increasing digitization of the modern economy met with a constant demand for the acquisition of top level talent has created needs for pioneering acquisition technologies and a flatter business structure. What worked 20 years ago will not work now, our autocratic, functionally orientated working models will simply not hold up in the face of current competition in the industry. As you see in the above graph, as estimated by the IBS and ICCS collectively that a technologically capable organization, being organization C (or organization blue) acquires a significantly higher amount of profit than organization A due to innovative methods of production, marketing and accounting. Not only this, but recently released documentation suggests that such organizations also meet a higher level of regulatory compliance. What does this mean to us?

It's simple. We need to provide Katsumi with positive reputation. Through providing Katsumi with positive reputation we can encourage knowledge sharing and internal recruitment streams within our organization. We can gain leverage to implement new technologies and expand our current marketing mix to reach a younger demographic, think of all the 10th prestige modded lobbies those little dickheads could acquire. It would be brilliant. We could gain the momentum required to push our organization into the forefront of the digital age and develop leading edge products that will appeal to the masses. Think of it. OUR ORGANIZATION WILL BE THE SHIT. THE IBM OF THE 21ST CENTURY. Now now, calm down gentlemen i know my amazing proposal has turned heads already. No need to be concerned, i will handle this. We can get our profitability levels of all time highs by following my simple instructions to the letter. Click on the pretty +REP button, change the amount to as high as it goes and give the reputation to me.

One.. two... tree...... organizational synergy.

We need to outsource all of our factories and workforce to the anime forum

And whoever keeps sending those annoying chain mail emails to the whole office, die.
