I like the support you're getting from the site, it shows we can all come together to help for one cause. I hope to donate later on hopefully this won't end.

I do not think the person to donates the most should get a prize I think everybody should get a equal chance because I can't afford to pay $200 but I can give as much as I can afford. Not that I care generally about getting the badge but this just gives people with a lot of money the chance buy the awesome badge.

I think you're missing the point.

This is about the charity with the badge as an incentive, a reward, something thrown in by an independent party in order to say thanks. If the badge is even on your radar as a proper reason to donate your donation is unaligned with the campaigns intentions. This is not a bidding war, or way to get a shot at an intangible online badge that will be literally meaningless in your real life scenario. I've seen a lot of people on TTG getting a little flustered about Sean throwing in badges to the highest donators and while i honestly don't care about what you guys have to say I'm going to say this because nobody else seems to want to. Grow up. I very much appreciate everyone who donates to this campaign as it is an issue very close to me, yet if it gets to the point where you are whining about something thrown in by a completely independent party that has no direct connection to the campaign itself please take a step back and truly understand how ridiculous you look.

The way that you should be looking at it is

Hilton --> Hosts Charitable Donation
You --> Donates any amount in order to help a good cause
Sean --> Awards the awesome badge for people that donate an exceedingly large amount, in order to help that good cause

Not

Sean --> Offers badge
People --> Pay hundreds of dollars for a badge
Hilton --> Charitable Donation exists as a medium for the purchase of this badge

Your response bleeds immaturity and despite how you sugar coat it your intentions similarly bleed through

Sorry to darken the mood on an otherwise good cause but this really had to be addressed by someone at some time outside of the more cliquey circles of TTG. This is ridiculous guys seriously.

HT if you want to reply take it to PM please.

I couldn't agree more. I didn't donate $200 to simply "buy a badge" I did it because cancer SUCKS, period. I've lost more people in my life because of cancer than I wish. From my grandmother, to my grandfather.

I just wanted to let people know and understand that I didn't donate that just for the badge. I did it because I've been there. And done that.

Greatly said Katsumi

Best regards

As a couple people may know i myself have a few family members who have had and still do have cancer, I am more than willing to support/donate a great cause. As some may know whenever an opportunity like this appears i am always willing to donate at least something for the amazing cause. This really does show how many awesome people that are out there. It could be "Donate to Support Cancer Research UK"(178% of its goal), British Heart Foundation(passed the goal by +250%), Tragedy Strikes RedJ fundraiser, to these AWESOME fundraisers which was raised and already close to its goal again, it really opens my eyes and im sure it does it for others of how great our community is.

I know its not much but this is all i can donate for now.
