Had this problem too go to your settings then system storage go wherever you have your advanced warfare stuff and check If it has compability pack 4, if it does delete it then load up zombies and it should give you the pop up for the compability pack again wait for it to download and it should be fine, also check if you have anything with a yellow exclamation mark when looking where you have your advanced warfare stuff
