I don't think she has even thought or even cares about getting a claim at this moment in time, all she is thinking will she be able to walk again since this is going to effect her mentally and physically such as hearing loud bangs and having flashbacks, maybe when she is 30 she will be thankful she had money since she will have more financial problems, but it is really sad what happened and to all the people saying ''there is car crashes but they will get in a car again'' no just no, you go a theme park for the fun and excitement of it not to come out seriously injured. It is really sad what happened to everyone and they should just pull that ride down and build a B&M.

What I heard about that a girl who happened to be a victim had everything below her knees amputated off.

I've been hearing a lot of stories recently about Alton Towers and I think it might be down to the heat. Even so, that's not an excuse and I hope they knock down the Smiler ride.
