Could you take a picture of the cables that go into the Powersupply it's self? think I might know your problem.

You've tested your powersupply, it works. The only thing i can think of is you damaged the motherboard.

Do you have any other pcs you could test the psu on? If it starts up the pc its your mobo.

Before you jump to conclusions check your IO connections for your power switch as you may of loosened them removing the old PSU.

okay, manually jump your motherboard to see if that works for now, to do this find the two pins your front IO power connector goes on and bridge them with a small piece of conductive metal like tweezers for a second, if the PC boots then the problem is in your front IO.
