I'm not too sure if it's real or not. I watched this when it aired on TV and wasn't sure. I know I kind of believe in Hypnotherapy because it's all to do with the Hypnotist manipulating your thought system which is why people can be hypnotised out of doing something again. They kind of plant a seed in your head and it stays there. I'm no expert anyway but I do believe some people may be able to be hypnotised and some people can't.
